Dr. Kismyth Shuler is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field. Dr. Shuler also holds a Doctor of Social Work with a focus on leadership, teaching, and advanced clinical practice and with an emphasis on social justice. She has worked across settings from acute care, and community mental health to residential programs, group homes, mobile crisis teams, and substance use treatment.

As both a clinician and a leader, Dr. Shuler brings expertise in clinical practice, program oversight, and project management. Passionate about improving systems of care, she focuses on bringing compassion, evidenced-based strategies, and innovation to the behavioral health space.

 

Dr. Shuler was drawn to the behavioral health field out of a deep belief that people can heal and thrive when they are truly seen and supported. Seeing firsthand the gaps in care across different systems, she made it her mission to bring compassion and structure together, helping individuals, families and organizations create real, sustainable change as well as a commitment to creating environments where people feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow.
